Kikria Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the kikria platform. They are written to be clear and readable — not buried in legal language that nobody actually understands. Please read them before you register. If you have questions about anything here, the kikria support team is available 24/7.

SECTION 03

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on kikria. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, kikria reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

Your kikria account is personal to you. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account. Kikria is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

  • Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.
  • Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
SECTION 04

Deposits and Payments

Kikria accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though kikria may apply limits to individual accounts based on responsible gaming assessments.

Deposits are credited to your kikria wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 10 minutes, contact the kikria support team with your transaction reference number and the support team will investigate and resolve the issue.

All funds deposited into your kikria account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Kikria does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Kikria does not charge any fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile banking provider are outside kikria's control and are the responsibility of the player.

SECTION 05

Withdrawals

Withdrawals on kikria are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Kikria aims to process all withdrawal requests within 3 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may occasionally be longer during periods of high demand.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, kikria may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID card or other government-issued identification. Kikria will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed verification when required.

  • Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's name.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
  • Kikria reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
  • Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted and accepted for processing.

If your withdrawal is delayed beyond 30 minutes, please contact kikria support with your withdrawal reference number. Do not submit a second withdrawal request for the same amount, as this may cause processing complications.

SECTION 06

Bonuses and Promotions

Kikria offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the promotion page at the time of claiming. These terms include the wagering requirement, the eligible games, the minimum deposit required to trigger the bonus, and the expiry period.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before the bonus funds — and any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in eligible bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

  • Each player may claim each promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined with other bonuses unless stated.
  • Kikria reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected players where possible.
  • Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless stated otherwise.

SECTION 07

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the kikria platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems are independently tested and verified to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including kikria itself.

  • Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games.
  • Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play games or interact with the kikria platform.
  • Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or coordinating with others to exploit bonus offers.
  • Money laundering: Using the kikria platform to process funds derived from illegal activity. Kikria is required by law to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
  • Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit that has been used for gaming. Kikria will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks.

SECTION 10

Account Suspension and Closure

Kikria reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
  • Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
  • At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests.
  • Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed after notice is sent to the registered email address.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is completed.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting the kikria support team. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

SECTION 11

Intellectual Property

All content on the kikria platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of kikria or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any kikria content without prior written permission.

The kikria name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of the kikria brand in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or in promotional materials — is prohibited and may result in legal action.

SECTION 12

Limitation of Liability

Kikria provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While kikria makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, kikria does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kikria's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Kikria is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
  • Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device malfunctions outside kikria's control.
  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to comply with these terms.
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
